Spicy Shrimp Tacos

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients

6 to 8 shrimp peeled, de-veined, with tails off (3 to 4 per taco)

2 slices avocado

⅓ cup cabbage, finely shredded

2 flour tortillas, small

1 tablespoon Siracha

2 tablespoon mayonnaise

½ tablespoon Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

1-2 tablespoon olive oil

A pinch each of chili powder, ground black pepper & salt

Directions

Wipe the surface of a grill pan with olive oil and heat it over medium-high heat. Season the shrimp with the chili powder, pepper and salt then grill until done, for 3 to 5 minutes.

Combine the mayo together with Siracha and sweet chili sauce in a small bowl.

Warm the tortillas & place half of the cabbage on each. Drizzle half of the sauce on each taco and then top with the shrimp. Serve immediately; garnished with the avocado & enjoy.
